We are a comprehensively equipped boutique fitness facility with brand new, high end equipment and the convenience of 24/7 access. We are a friendly, family owned business conveniently located in Whitney Beach Plaza at the north end of Longboat Key.

Our equipment includes Life Fitness signature series strength training equipment, Precor cardio machines, Concept 2 rowers  and a varied selection of free weights (dumb bells, kettle bells and 1000lbs of plates). We have an olympic bench, smith machine, dual adjustable pulley, 0-90° benches, Roman chair and more. We also have a dedicated floor work room and a 600 square foot outdoor stretching area beside the water. We also offer personal training with owner/certified trainer Robyne Richardson.
